He was a son of the late Morgan William and Hazel L. Shively. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie Wayne Shively and Kermit Dillard Shively; niece, Diane Hynes; sister-in-law, Ann Shively; and brother-in-law, Jimmy Scott. Surviving are his wife, Betty Jo Shively; children, Donna Hicks (Byron) and Rhonda Wiggonton (Donald); grandchildren, Hannah Wiggonton and Jarrett Wiggonton; siblings, Margaret Scott, Larry Shively, Betty Ann (Jeff) Lackey, and Carla Hodges; numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Bill worked at Elizabeth Arden as a supervisor and retired with over 33 years of service.
