In addition to his parents and wife he was predeceased by one grandson, Otie Haskins, III; five sisters, Louise Conner, Stella Elliott, Florence H. Gibson, Selma H. Hedrick, and Dorothy H. Fuqua, Jr. He was preceded in death by his second wife, June Fuqua.
