She was the daughter of the late Coy and Ada Akers Link of Floyd, Va. A longtime Salem resident, she was past president and Woman of the Year of the Roanoke County Woman's Club, a member of the Fort Lewis Garden Club, and a member of the Locust Grove United Methodist Church. She had made her home in South Carolina for the past three years. She was married to the late Grady Wilmot Cundiff and is survived by daughters and their husbands, Norma Ellen Wilbourne (Joseph Cary) of Bryans Road, Md., and Iris Jo Harley (Raymond) of Columbia, S.C; three grandchildren, Julia Wilbourne Davis of Charlotte Hall, Md., Joseph Cary Wilbourne, Jr. (Lisa King) of Relay, Md., and Jonathan Christopher Wilbourne of Mt. Pleasant, S.C. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, David Grady Wilboune of Relay, Md., and Hannah Ellen Davis of Charlotte Hall, Md. She is survived by her brother, Leon Link of Bristol, Tenn; and by nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Alvin Link and Larry Link, and sisters, Ernestine McElwee, and Violet Forbes. Pallbearers will be Joseph Cary Wilbourne, Jr., Jonathan Christopher Wilbourne, Bobby Martin, Dailey Reece, Ronnie Reed, and Bill Wirt. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Grady Cundiff Memorial Sunday School Class. The Family wishes to express appreciation to Doctors Greg Fulcher, Patrick Morgan, Terry Norton, Robert Malanuk and William Dunovant. Yeatts have all of the lands on which we live with that purchased of Robert Hubbard estate with all the houses and property of every description during her widowhood, all of the house hold property she is to have to do as she thinks proper with at her death. 3rd It is my will that the Hall land and the goods in Store be sold and the money with all that can be collected of that which is due me be put at interest and my wife to have the interest to live on if she need it, and necessary for her support to have the principal. 4th It is my will and desire that at the death of my wife or after her marriage( if she does marry) that Charles E. Hubbard act as Executors of will without security being required of these, and they are not to let the timber be cut off or sold except for the benefit of the place. Survivors include, mother, Glenna Conner Link; sisters, Diane Campbell and husband, Larry and Bobbie Gott and husband, Billy; nephew and best friend, Scott Campbell and wife, Marianne; nephew, Patrick Campbell and wife, Lindsey; nieces, Brianna, Bethany, and Mary Alice Gott; several great-nephews; one great-niece; and precious pet friend, Cassie. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2011, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the funeral service.
