Mundhenk on March 14, 1980 at Montgomery Co., Ohio.^1,3 David Carl Hines died on July 1, 2015 at Flushing, Genesee Co., Michigan, at age 64.¹ He Hines, David of Flushing, age 64, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at his home. A memorial celebration will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 4pm, at the Mound Golf Course in Miamisburg, Ohio. David was born in Jonesville, Virginia on July 9, 1950, the son of Ray and Mary Jeveline (Elkins) Hines. He married Nancy Mundhenk on March 14, 1980. David was a graduate of GMI and was a member of Theta Xi. He retired from Delphi and was currently employed by TMG Event Marketing. Dave loved golf, spending time with family and friends, and planning new adventures with Nancy. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Nancy; daughters, Cassie (Mark Silvola) Morgan, Molly and husband Erik Surridge; grandchildren, Gage, Troy, Lauren; siblings, Joyce Tipton, Lowell and wife Jenny Hines, Bill and wife MaryEllen Hines, Dan Hines, Teresa and husband Tony Izor and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. on July 11, 2015.¹
