Baldwin, a retired Baltimore County police detective, will be held tomorrow. Mr. Baldwin, who lived in Parkville, died of cancer Thursday at the Stella Maris Hospice. He was 63. Born in Baltimore, Mr. Baldwin served in the merchant marine during World War II. He was a member of Masonic Charity Lodge Number 134, A.F. & A.M., and of the Baltimore Forest No. 45 of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon. He served as Grand Tall Cedar in 1986. He also served as a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts. Mr. Baldwin retired from the Baltimore County Police Department in 1976 after 25 years of service. His last assignment was as a chauffeur for then-County Executive Theodore G. Venetoulis. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, the former Vera K. Mathena; a son, Ronnie M. Baldwin of Joppa; a daughter, Renee G. Miller of Parkville; a brother, Thomas A. Baldwin of Baltimore; and four grandchildren. on March 18, 1990.⁴

Mrs. Stinson is survived by her children, Clarence Jr. and wife Shirley of Portsmouth, Virginia, Theresa and husband Frankie Bailey, Jimmy, Alan and wife Teresa, Ilene, and Patricia and husband James White of Bristol, Virginia; brother, Gene King; sister, Sandra King McClanahan; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Gary Bailey, Dereck Stinson, T.J. Stinson, Jeremy White, Michael Stinson and Gregg Johnson. on November 8, 2016.²

He and his wife, Beanna whom he married on April 12, 1952 owned Stinson's Grocery for 12 years before operating Bluestone Security from 1990 until 2010. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mr. Stinson is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Beanna King Stinson; children, Clarence Jr. and wife Shirley of Portsmouth, Virginia, Theresa and husband Frankie Bailey, Jimmy, Alan and wife Teresa, Ilene, and Patricia and husband James White of Bristol, Virginia; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
