She is survived by one son, Gary Wayne Shaver of Roanoke; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sarah Elaine and William Hicks of Callaway, Tina Marie and Lee Yearout of Roanoke County; six brothers, Clyde Mills of North Carolina, Johnny Mills of Montvale, Stevie Mills of West Virginia, Donald Atkins of Roanoke, Andrew Atkins of Salem and Tony Atkins; five sisters, Shirley Richards, Diane McNeil, Julie Alley, Libby White and Gracie Conner; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 2 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Lotz Salem Chapel. on January 24, 2001.4
