Whitlock Sr. Surviving are her husband, David Lynn Cartwright; two daughters, Jessica Lynn Cartwright and Jennifer Marie Cartwright, both of Check; her mother, Elizabeth Whitlock Kazee of Floyd; one sister, Betty Ann Whitlock of Christiansburg; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael Allen and Kimberly Pack Whitlock; one brother, Randall Lane Whitlock; maternal grandparents, Carl and Mae Dobbins, paternal grandmother, Estella Yeatts Whitlock; one nephew, Robert Thomas Whitlock, and one niece, Kayla Shay Whitlock, all of Floyd; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Carolyn and Harry Cartwright, and one sister-in-law and husband, Tammy and Rickey Allen, all of Copper Hill; one brother-in-law and wife, James P. and Karen Cartwright of Blue Ridge, and two very devoted care givers, Almeda Conner and Cindy Webb. Interment will follow in Restvale Cemetery, Floyd County. on November 3, 1997.5
