She entered heaven's portals to be reunited with the love of her life and husband Howard Grady Spradlin Sr. Also there to greet her were her parents Edward and Neva Sheppard, step mother Helen C. Sheppard, sister Louise Sarver, half-sister Eunice Burke and brothers Archie and Marshall Sheppard. Those left to mourn their loss are her daughter Barbara and Sam Smithwick; son Steve and Sharon Spradlin, who all were her loyal care-givers; grandchildren Sammy and Hope Smithwick, Sheryl Warren, Stacie and Dewayne Quesenberry, Joshua and Veronica Spradlin; great-grandchildren Samantha and Noah Smithwick, Brittany and Makayla Warren, Savannah, Dalton, Cole and Grace Haynes and Lorelei and Grady Spradlin, who all brought a smile to her face daily.
