Gray, 73, for 16 years a resident of Colton, succumbed yesterday morning at the home her son, R. B. Gray, of 648 Twentieth street, San Bernadino. She had been visiting there for her week. A native of Texas, Mrs. Gray was a resident of 835 East C street, Colton. She had been ill for several months. Surviving are her two sons, Kenneth of the U.S. Navy and R. B. of San Bernardino; a daughter Bertha DeGroot of Layton, California, and 2 brothers, Thurman Ragsdale of San Bernardino and George Ragsdale of Orange. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in the I. M. Knopsnyder & Son chapel of Colton. The Rev. Virgil L. Ledbetter of the Colton First Baptist church will officiate and interment will follow in Hermosa Park cemetery. on July 26, 1945.4

She had been ill for three months. The Rev. Shirley Donnelly will officiate assisted by Dr. Alvin J. Cook. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Born near Sophia, June 25, 1862, she was the daughter of William C. and Frances Gray Riffe. The only member of the immediate family surviving is a sister, Miss J. Ellen Riffe, of the Beckley Avenue address. Nephews who will serve as pallbearers are D. A. Riffe, P. K. Polk, G. D. Covey, Basil Riffe, Carney C. Curtis, and W. J. Dunn. Nieces will be flowerbearers. The body was taken from the Calfee Funeral Home to the residence at 5 p.m. yesterday, and will be removed to the church one hour prior to the services. on September 30, 1950.4

Besides her husband she is survived by the following children; Perry, Daniel, and Campbell Polk, of Sophia; Mrs. Dryle Daniels; Mrs. Fred Ritter and Misses Clara Barton and Carol Polk, of Sophia. Surviving brothers and sisters are John Riffe and Dr. W. T. Riffe, of Beckley; Pete Riffe of Crab Orchard; Henry Riffe of Virginia; Mrs. Charles Dunn, of Beckley and Misses Sallie and Ellen Riffe. Funeral services will be held from the Sophia church, Rev. H. I Cook officiating, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial with Calfee Undertakers, in charge of arrangements will be made in the Sophia cemetery. on January 15, 1932.6

H. Dunn, of an old Raleigh county family, died of a heart attack, while talking to her husband at their home here Monday. Mrs. Dunn was apparently in her usual health when she returned from the yard of her home where she had been working a few minutes before. A daughter of William C. and Mary Frances Riffe, Mrs. Dunn was born at Soak Creek, April 26, 1868. Beside her husband she is survived by the following children: W. S. Dunn, a teacher in a mission school at Bhadrack, Orissa, India; Mrs. Henry Wills, and W. J. Dunn, of Beckley; Miss Donnie Dunn, Bluefield; and C. Erskine Dunn, of Beckley. Surviving brothers and sisters are: J. C. Riffe, of Beckley; P. B. Riffe, of Crab Orchard; Dr. W. T. Riffe, Beckley, H. M. Riffe, Elliston, Va., and Mrs. Sallie and J. Ellen Riffe, of Crab Orchard. on January 30, 1934.3
