Mr. Kahle is also survived by a sister, Patty Steward and her husband, Dave, of Clarion; his in-laws, Blake and Naomi Lewis of Shippenville; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Kahle was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Thomas Kahle. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the David C. McEntire Funeral Home Inc., 504 East Penn St., Knox. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Chris Lewis, nephew of Mr. Kahle, officiating. DeVallence and Mrs. Sarah Crispin, of Miola, also two sons and one daughter, John S., of Braddock; James H., of Akron, O., and Mrs. Mary Wells, of Sagamore, Armstrong Co. The funeral was held last Thursday at the late home of the deceased and intermant was made in the Shiloh cemetery. on February 20, 1913.⁴
