The funeral will be held Monday at 2pm at the Cook Funeral Home at Cedar Grove with the Rev. Charles Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Hughes Creek Cemetery at Hugheston. on March 1, 1969.3

She was born April 27, 1923 at Blue Creek, W. Va. to Robert and Georgia Harrocks. She had been a resident of Interlachen for the past 16 years, coming from Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Yvonne Evelyn Lara. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert Morrison, Interlachen; one son, Richard Lee Perry, Powderly, Texas; three daughters, Margie Alice Collins, Jacksonville, Mary Ann Bond, Tempe, Ariz. and Lucy Darlene Stevens, Mena, Ariz; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a multitude of nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11 at Masters Funeral Home, Interlachen. Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. Ted Rodda Jr. at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Palatka Memorial Gardens. Masters Funeral Home of Interlachen is in charge of arrangements. on November 9, 2002.2

     Howard Ray Perry ELKHART- Howard Ray Perry, 90, of Elkhart, passed away at 10:15 p.m. Sunday October 5, 2014 at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born June 24, 1924 in Hughes Creek, West Virginia to Bartholow & Berth (Proctor) Perry. On Feb. 3, 1945 in Charleston, West Virginia he married Garnett Virginia Rose. She preceded him in death on May 22, 1996 in Elkhart. Surviving are five children, Charles A. (Karen) Perry of Elkhart, Lester E. (Jackie) Perry of Elkhart, Keith E. Perry of LaGrange, IN, Kevin R. (Cindy) Perry of Elkhart, Malinda (Wayne) Lethiot of White Pigeon, MI; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a great great granddaughter and his wife Lillian (Short) Perry. Also surviving is a half-sister, Cheryl Bright of Ripley, WV and two half-brothers, Rev. Bartholomew Perry of Malloy, WV and Albert Perry of Summersville, WV. He was preceded in death by one brother, four sisters, a granddaughter and a great granddaughter. Howard retired in 1974 from the Adams & Westlake Company in Elkhart. He was US Army veteran serving in W.W. II. Surviving are a son, Frank Long of Orrville; daughters, Irene (Bill) Hutchinson of Ocala, Fla., Nancy Blough of Belleview, Fla. and Nadine (Ralph) Davis of Louisville; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Howard (Lillie) Perry of Elkhart, Ind. and a sister, Pearl Jordan of Sommersville, W.Va. In addition to her husband, a daughter, Jane Jones and a brother, Clifford Perry, died previously. on May 27, 2003.4
