Cecil is survived by his sons Josh Roop and Cecil Ray Roop Jr; sister Diane Helvey; three grandchildren Harmony Roop, Rythem Roop and Liam Wheeler; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and a lot of friends. Nester and husband, Jerry Nester, of Blairs; grandchildren, Rodney S. Davis and James H. Nester; four step-grandchildren, Thomas R. Stuckert, Tammy R. Stuckert, Teresa S. Quesenberry and Tracy L. Stuckert; and five step-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, William Hardy; three sisters, Hester Mildred Hardy, Gracie Alderson and Mable Hardy; a daughter, Janice Fay Beadles; and her husband, Tim Beadles.
