Bowles, all of Boones Mill; three sons and two daughters-in-law; Jimmy & Marie Guilliams, Billy Guilliams, and Douglas & Cathy (Kitten) Guilliams, all of Boones Mill; one sister and brother-in-law; Ralph & Lura Webb of Callaway. Also surviving are 31 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 1996 at Fairmont Baptist Church with the Revs. Leonard Castleman and Robert Schneider officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Tuesday where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Flowers are welcomed or donations may be made to the Callaway Rescue Squad. A special thanks to our Home Health Aids. Lynch Funeral Home, Rocky Mount, is in charge of arrangements. on January 30, 1996.3

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Deborah Webb; daughter, Patricia Flora; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Webb; grandchildren, Donna Webb , Nichole (Jon) Davis, Kyle (Meghan) Flora, Kevin (Jennifer) Flora; and five great-grandchildren, Natalie, Ainsley, Eli, Brooke and Steven. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2012, from St. Peters Episcopal Church, with the Rev. John Heck officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Phoebe Needles Center, 730 Turners Creek Rd., Callaway, VA 24067. Her family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount. on January 20, 2012.7

Mr. Richards was retired from Bassett Furniture and attended Fuller Memorial Baptist Church. He was a member of the American Legion, and was a World War II veteran. In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Richards was preceded in death by two sisters, Florence R. Hunt and Lila R. Crow, and a brother, Bernice ("Bunn") Richards. Surviving are one daughter, Margaret R. Cox of Richmond; one son, Ricky W. Richards of Martinsville; three sisters, Mrs. Elva R. Adkins, Mrs. Irene R. Crow and Mrs. Louise R. Whorley, all of Ferrum; one brother, Mr. W. Curtis Richards of Rocky Mount, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 9, 1997, at McKee Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Robert Breckenridge and the Rev. Philip Woods officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at McKee Funeral Service, and other times at the home on Burchland Drive. on June 8, 1997.4
