Andy was preceded in death by 10 siblings and a grandson. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Longview, Wash., with internment at Juniper Haven Cemetary in Prineville, Ore., on Friday May 29t at 2 p.m. on May 25, 2009.²
