She was the daughter of the late Walter Pack and Evelyn Helms Perdue. She is survived by her children, Vicki Poff Wright and husband Pat of Christiansburg, Va. and Joseph (Joey) Henry Poff Jr. and wife Amanda of Blacksburg, Va; four grandchildren, Paige Wright of Ft. Hood, Texas (currently deployed to Latvia), Courtney Wright of Christiansburg, Va., Ella Poff and Luke Poff of Blacksburg, Va; and sister, Janis Perdue Wilfore of Blacksburg, Va. Judy was a fun loving person. She enjoyed traveling with her very best friend, Gail Kregloe. Fondly referred to by many as "Thelma & Louise" the two have traveled the United States and had many fun and crazy adventures. They spent the spring and fall in Myrtle Beach, S.C. for many years. Myrtle Beach was a favorite spot for Judy. The family would like to thank special friends Mary Alice Henderson and Tami Cupp for all they have done to help Judy during her illness. They would also like to thank the staff of Gentiva/Kindred home health and Commonwealth Assisted Living community. Judy was only at Commonwealth for a few weeks, but the staff that assisted her while there were wonderful and took great care of her. Per her wishes there will be no services. The family would ask that each of her family and friends take a moment after reading her obituary to think of her and send her warm Good-Bye. on February 1, 2018.2
