     Andrew Junior "Bo" Woodson was buried at Mount Comfort Cemetery, 6600 S. Kings Highway, Fairfax Co., Virginia.3 He was born on July 2, 1948 at Albemarle Co., Virginia.1,2,3 He married Margaret Evelyn "Susie" Gorham on February 5, 1971 at Franconia, Fairfax Co., Virginia.1,3 Andrew Junior "Bo" Woodson died on February 5, 2018 at Virginia at age 69.3 He Andrew Junior "Bo" Woodson, 69, of Shipman, passed away on Monday February 5, 2018, as a result of a vehicular accident. Bo as all knew him was born on July 2, 1948, in Albemarle County, a son of the late William Andrew Woodson and Vernelle Bryant Culvahouse. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret E. "Susie" Gorham Woodson; a daughter Sarah E. Woodson; and one half-brother, Ronald D. Woodson. Bo was a Vietnam Army Veteran and was awarded our National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with four Bronze Service Stars and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a retired employee from the Virginia Department of Transportation with thirty years of service and was presently employed with Chandler Oil Company. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lovingston and was a musical entertainer by his own right. He sang and played his guitar throughout Nelson County and other areas of the county as well and never turned down an invitation to perform for others. He is survived by his daughter, Beverly "Dee-Dee" Kanary and husband, Charles of Shipman; his precious grandchildren, Chip, Meg, J.C., and Sarah Grace; his sister, Ruby V. Wood of Shipman; four half-sisters, Helen, Lois, Shirley, and Joan; two half-brothers, Grover and William, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service was held Thursday, February 8, 2018, 7 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Lovingston, with Pastor Jeremy Humphrey and Pastor John P. Campbell officiating. The family received friends following the service and suggest that memorials take the form of contributions to Lovingston Volunteer Fire Dept., P.O. Box 6, Lovingston, VA 22949. Interment was held Friday, February 9, 2018, 11 a.m. at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria, Virginia. Arrangements are under the direction of Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel of Lovingston. on February 14, 2018.3
