He was a graduate of East Bank High School and Morris Harvey College. He earned his Master's degree from Marshall University. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 62 years, Helen Davis Keeling; his daughter, Susan (John) DesMeules of Eleanor; his son, Jack D. "Jay" Keeling, Jr. of Eleanor; his granddaughter, Holly DesMeules who is a student at High Point University, High Point, NC; his grandson, Kameron Keeling who is a student at The Art Institute of Ohio; his brother, Wilbur Leon (Mona) Keeling of Teays Valley; his sister, Janet Carpenter of Columbus, OH. Jack was a member of the Eleanor Presbyterian Church. He served as an elder, deacon, and Clerk of Session of various Presbyterian churches. He was a member of Kanawha Valley Masonic Lodge #36, Buffalo, WV. (Jack was looking forward to receiving his 50 year Masonic pin in March, 2012). A member of the Tri-County #51, Kanawha Commandry #4, Scottish Rite Bodies KCCH Valley of Charleston, Beni Kedem Shrine Temple, and was past president of Ohio Valley Shrine Club, Parkersburg, WV. Jack drove over 100,000 miles taking children to the Shriner's Children's Hospital and also made over 35 trips to the Cincinnati Burn Center. During his lifetime, he was employed by United Fuel Gas Co. and Union Carbide, Institute Plant. After graduating from college, he was employed as an instructor for the Pleasant and Wood County Boards of Education at the Vocational Centers until retiring in 1991. Joan Hunt; his children; Cynthia Hunt of Fraziers Bottom, and Gregory Lee Hunt (Melanie) of St. Albans; his brothers, Ed Hunt (Linda) of Charleston, and Berlin Hunt (Phyllis) of Lizemore, and John Hunt (Anita) of Newton; Sister, Heidi Scarlett (Larry) of Richwood; grandchildren; Todd Smith of Fraziers Bottom, Travis Hunt (Azsha) of Scott Depot, Brandon Hunt of St. Albans, and Jessica Cox (Adam) of Given; great grandchildren, Brayliegh Hunt, Brentley Hunt, Sam Cox, and Aubrey Cox; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Jack Warren Davis Jack Warren Davis, age 83, of Hudson, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Frye Regional Medical Center. He was born July 25, 1934 in Clay, West Virginia to the late John Edward and Edith Lee McCune Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Carl Davis, and Garrett Davis; and sister Wanita Childers. Mr. Davis proudly served his Nation in the United States Army and was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Jack “Warren” Davis, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Vilas, N.C; two brothers, Harry Davis and wife Lynn, and Glen Davis and wife Delores, all of West Virginia; two sisters, Helen Keeling, and Joan Hunt, both of West Virginia; and best friend, Bonnie Davis of Granite Falls. A Graveside Service will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Park conducted by Rev.
