Mrs. Lipscomb is survived by three sisters, Wilma Likens of Radford, Violet Radford of Buchanan, and Mina Manning and her husband, Everett Manning of Roanoke; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Underwood of Jacksonville, Fla; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2001, at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with Dr. Harry Y. Gamble and Pastor Andrew M. Purcell officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. on January 28, 2001.3

Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. on April 23, 1996.3

Survivors include her children and spouses, Patricia Hayslett of Laurel, Maryland, Ronald and Betty Radford, Jerrold and Marie Radford, all of Buchanan, and Stanley Radford of Glasgow; sister and brother-in-law, Mina and Junior Manning of Roanoke; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 2, 2005 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl B. Clemons officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery~Buchanan. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, 254-3000. on November 1, 2005.2
