Mrs. Lipscomb is survived by three sisters, Wilma Likens of Radford, Violet Radford of Buchanan, and Mina Manning and her husband, Everett Manning of Roanoke; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Underwood of Jacksonville, Fla; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2001, at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with Dr. Harry Y. Gamble and Pastor Andrew M. Purcell officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. on January 28, 2001.³
