Other survivors include his wife, Thelma Martin Craig; four sons, Donnie of Hot Springs, Va., and Dickie, Gary and Roger, all of Clear Fork; a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Cline of Lynco; six brothers, William and James, both of Leapeer, Mich., Eugene of Norfolk, Va., Frank of Sterling, Ill., and Homer and Bobby, both of Princeton, and three sisters, Mrs. Juanita Turner of Sophia, Mrs. Sarah Bailey of Wilmington, Del., and Mrs Beulah Seal of Covington, Va. The body will remain at Evans Funeral Home in Oceana where friends may call after noon to day. on May 19, 1967.6

William proudly served under Patton in the US Army during WWII. He worked over 30 years with General Motors at the Fisher Body Plant on Coldwater Road. He was a member of UAW Local #326.
