He was a son of Henry Ballard Tincher, Route 1, Fayetteville and the late Belle Williams Tincher. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Tincher; a son, Wesley W. Jr., Route 1, Fayetteville; four daughters, Mrs. Louis Prather, Charleston, Mrs. Lois Belle Thompson and Miss Joann Ellen Tincher, both of Route 1, Fayetteville and Mrs. Ressie Smith, Oak Hill; six brothers, Lee, Silas and Tom, all of Route 1, Fayetteville, Henry, Route 2, Beckley, Forest, Kilsyth, Herbert, Bangor, Mich; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Taylor, Route 1, Fayetteville, Mrs. Olive Woodson, Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Esther Bennett, Mount Hope and five grandchildren. The body will be taken from the Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill to the church one hour before the services. on December 12, 1963.3
