Hale; a daughter, Marie Lee Flint; a sister, Gay Blusher; four brothers, Albert, Damon, Raymond and Thurmond Radford. Survivors include a son, Frank Mosier and his wife, Carmela, of Elkview; a sister, Dolly Noonkester of Ballard; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside rites will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley with Pastor Edward Garten officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may call 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Richard Mosier, Joe Mosier, Erie Fields, Richard Radcliffe, Huey Lovejoy and Mark Radcliffe. on April 4, 1997.3
