Frank will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 32 years, Ann (nee McGee); children, Frank R., Brian (Kim), Michelle (Frank Jr.) Kiltau, Deborah, Susan, Lori (Mike) Bonica, Mike (Carol) Cottrell; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; and sister, Betty Jane (Herb) Wofle. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick. on March 17, 2017.3

He fought the good fight, and he finished the race. "Jesus is our friend". Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grand-father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, brother in Christ and friend and he will be missed by his family and his many friends. Born to John and Iona Crutcher in Lynchburg, Va., he was one of eight children. He was predeceased by his wife, Janie Crutcher and two siblings, Tommy and Johnnie. He is survived by siblings, Bobbi, Rusty, Janice, Jerry and Diane, multiple nieces and nephews as well as his daughter, Deborah Holland, M.D., and his beloved granddaughter, Ellen Claire Holland. Bill joined the Navy after Pearl Harbor and served as boatswain's mate second class from 1942 to 1945 operating landing craft in the Pacific Theater of the war. He met and married Janie after the war, and after training in electronics, moved to Portsmouth where they opened Airline TV. They co-operated the business for 40 years until their retirement. He was a founding member and deacon of United Congregational Christian Church as well as founding member and past president of Hampton Roads Beagle Club. After retirement, Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, golf, woodworking and vegetable gardening. The enormous void in our hearts will be filled with memories of his kind and gentle nature.
