He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Duncan Elbert Murray, and Ethel Atkinson Murray. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Cleo Murray Gill and Phoebe Murray Adams, and a nephew, Edward Allen Gill. He is survived by his sister, Jo Murray Lambdon; and the following nieces and nephews and their families: Ann Gill Tomlinson, George Millard Harvey, Jr., Pamela Harvey Bowles, Michael David Adams, Beth Lambdon Kinsey, and Amy Lambdon Henry. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 3 p.m. in Sunset Cemetery with the Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. There will be no visitation. The Murray family is being served by Horne Funeral Service & Crematory. on March 29, 2010.1

Cemetery, Watonga, Blaine Co., Oklahoma.2,3 He was born on September 3, 1920 at Watonga, Blaine Co., Oklahoma.2,4 He married Marita Jean Nordyke, daughter of Lafayette Nordyke and Lillian Phillips, on July 31, 1948 at Texarkana, Miller Co., Arkansas.1,2 Thomas Carson "Kit" Pearson died on December 26, 1961 at Watonga, Blaine Co., Oklahoma, at age 41.2 He Thomas Carson (Kit) Pearson son of Thomas M. and Bertha L. Pearson was born September 3, 1920 near Watonga, Oklahoma. He departed this life in the Watonga hospital December 26, 1961 at the age of 41 years, 3 months, and 23 days. Kit was a 1938 graduate of Watonga high school. He took part in many school activities. After graduation he was employed several years by the C and R Drug store. He then entered farming operations on the farm home east of Watonga and other farms near by. He continued this operation and dairying until his death. He was married to Jean Nordyke of Watonga, Oklahoma July 31, 1948 at Texarkana, Arkansas. To this union two sons were born, Thomas Noel, 13 and Robert Wayne, 9, who survive their father. Also surviving are his mother, Bertha L. Pearson, one brother, Mike, Huntingdon Valley, Pa., one unde, Claude Werner, Sharon, Kansas. Three aunts, Mary Woolman, Watonga, Mrs. Mae Work, Edinton, Texas, and Mrs. Ray Turner, Springdale, Arkansas. Numerous other relatives and friends. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. on January 4, 1962.2
