Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn, in 1990; a daughter-in-law, Kathy; a granddaughter, Candice; four brothers; and a sister. He is survived by his sons, Raymond Chilen Jr., of Morgan, Texas, and Doug Chilen and wife Gloria, of Salina; and a daughter, Karen Moralez and husband Steve, of Salina. He has two sisters, Shirley Jamison, of Salina, and Betty Schandy, of Salem, Ore; and a brother, Dale Chilen, of Fort Dodge. There are five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 9, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
