Hazlett and Warren Sibley Whitehill were divorced on September 28, 1903.6 Elmira G. Hazlett died on February 4, 1934 at Sandy Creek Township, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, at age 78.1,2 She Mrs. Elmira G. Whitehill died Sunday at the home fo her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Keasley, of Bully Hill, near Franklin, following a brief iliness of a few days. Mrs. Whitehill was the widow of the late Warren S. Whitehill, who died August 30, 1907. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Theodore S. Hazlett who was born in Rockland township, September 9, 1855. Mrs. Whitehill resided the greater part of her life in Forest county. She had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Heasley eight months. Mrs. Whitehill was for many years an active member of the First Presbyterian church of Warren. Surviving her are the following children: Mrs. Olive Fitzgerald of Mayburg; R. W. Whitehill, of Warren; Mrs. C. R. Heasley, of Bully Kill; Mrs. Lillie Brewster, of Endeavor. Mrs. Whitehill was the last surviving member of a family of 14 children. The body was removed to the Barron chapel in Franklin, where funeral services in her memory will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock. Rev Koonce, pastor of the Polk-East Grove Methodist church will officiate. Interment in Oakland cemetery here at 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon will follow the services. on February 5, 1934.2

Another sister, Mrs. Clyde Heasley of Franklin, died in 1951. The body has been removed to the Borland Funeral Home in Sheffield where funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Scotch Hill Cemetery, Clarion County. on October 8, 1956.8 She died on October 8, 1956 at Mayburg, Forest Co., Pennsylvania, at age 77.8,1

Thursday in the Community Hospital in Kane following a two month illness. He was born on January 20, 1873, at Clarington, Pa. On June 13, 1911, he was married in Warren to Miss Mary Olive Whitehill who survives. Previously, he was married to Miss Mary Matilda Fifer, [Kifer] who preceded him in death. The deceased was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Mayburg and the Loyal Order of Moose in Warren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by the following children by his first marriage: Mrs. Elda Bassett of Rochester, N. Y; Lonnie E. Fitzgerald, of Cedar Grove. N. J., Carl G. Fitzgerald of Ridgeway and Merle E. Fitzgerald of Kane. Also surviving are a foster daughter, Mrs. Alice Thompson of Kane, a brother, Fred Fitzgerald of Warren, a sister, Mrs. William Hottel of Brookville, three half-sisters, Mrs. Gary Bean of Warren; Mrs. Arnold Hienman of Warren and Mrs. Fern Deacon of Philadelphia, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Sunday in the Cummings Funeral home in Kane with Rev. Joseph Taylor, pastor of the Free Methodist Church of Mayburg in charge. Interment will be in the Scotch Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cummings Funeral home Saturday on January 18, 1946.4

For many years he was a consistent member of the Methodist Episcopal church. He leaves his mother, Mrs. W. S. Whitehill, of Mayburg, and three sisters and a brother: Olive, wife of John Fitzgerald, of Mayburg; Lillie, wife of Clarence Bruster, of Endeavor; Emma, wife of Clyde Heasley, Franklin; and R. W. Whitehill, Warren. Funeral services were held at the brother's home, 402 Conewango avenue, Warren, and interment followed in the Oakland cemetery. Rev. Raymond M. Kister, pastor of the First Presbyterian church of that city officiated. on April 13, 1922.5

Smith of Edinboro; and a daughter, Karen Gardner and her husband, William, of Boothwyn. Friends may attend a service Monday at 11 a.m. at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie St., Edinboro. The Rev. Thomas J. McLaren will officiate. Burial will be at Edinboro Cemetery. on October 6, 2001.3

Mrs. Heasley had been in ill health for the past two years. She was the daughter of the late Warren S. and Elmira Hazlett Whitehill and was born in Scotch Hill, Clarion county, on September 17, 1888. She married Clyde R. Heasley June 28, 1916. A Bully Hill resident for 33 years, she was always interested in the welfare of the community. She was a member of the East Grove Methodist church, the Ladies Aid and the W.C.T.U. Mrs. Heasley is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Rozeski, Salem, Ohio; three sons, Clair Heasley and Glenn Heasley of Bully Hill and M/Sgt. Lyle E. Heasley, Harlinger, Texas. She is survived also by five grandchildren; a brother, Ralph Whitehill, Warren; two sisters, Mrs. Olive Fitzgerald, Mayburg, Penna., and Mrs. Lilly Brewster, Endeavor. The body was removed to the Barron chapel. on August 7, 1951.3

Mr. Allison was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, No. 154, of Knox, for the past 54 years. He was a member of the Seneca Methodist Church. He leaves the following children: A. M., of Seneca; J. W., of Morgantown, W. Va., and E. D. Allison, of Sacramento, Cal. The body was removed to the Steffee Funeral Home where friends may call until 11 a. m. At that time the body will be taken to the Seneca Methodist Church, where services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Brandon Cemetery. on August 5, 1940.5

James Allison was buried at Brandon Cemetery, Brandon, Venango Co., Pennsylvania.3,4,5 He was born on March 17, 1853 at Seneca, Venango Co., Pennsylvania; His death certificate has a birth year of 1857.2,3,5 He married Alma Matilda Whitehill, daughter of William Huling Whitehill and Mary Ann Foreman, in March, 1880.3,6,5 James Allison James Allison, 83, member of one of seneca's pioneer families, died at his home there at 6:30 a.m. today, following a short illness. Although not in good health for some time, Mr. Allison had been up and around until last night when he was suddenly stricken with a heart ailment. Mr. Allison was born in Seneca on March 17, 1853, the son of Edwin and Margaret Smith Allison, who resided in Seneca, and for 50 years served as a pumper with Fisher Oil Company. In March 1880, he was united in marriage with Alma Whitehill, who survives him. The deceased was a member of the Seneca Methodist church and of the men's Bible class. He was superintendent of the Sunday choir for many years. In addition to his wife, Mr. Allison is survived by the following children: Mrs. Harry Gibson, of Youngstown; Mrs. Mervin Bolles, of Pinoak; B. C. and Fred E. Allison, of Seneca; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by one brother, C. S. Allison, of Seneca. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday from the Seneca Methodist church with Rev. Robert E. McMinn, pastor, officiating. Burial will be made in the Brandon cemetery. The body was removed from the Osenider funeral chapel to the home today. on January 15, 1937.3 He died on January 15, 1937 at Cranberry Township, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, at age 83.3,5

Mr. Whitehill is survived by one daughter and one son, Mrs. G. E. (Reah) Moore of Frankin RD 2; and Ivan R. Whitehill of Titusville. Also surviving are five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends may call any time in the Charles A. Morrison Funeral Home where relatives will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with Rev. Virgil E. Maybray, pastor of the Grace Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be made in Brandon Cemetery. on January 13, 1966.7
