Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Emma and James Lawless of Boones Mill, Frances Church of Boones Mill, Rebecca and Carl Darago of Huntingtown, Md. and Robert F. and Linda Willis of Roanoke; three sisters, Virginia Craighead, Edna Poff and Mable Furrow; two sisters-in-law, Macie Guilliams and Sue Flora; eight grandchildren, Russell and Rodney Lawless, Tamey Conner, Marlene Wray, Mark Church, Deborah Freeman, Michael Darago and Robin Reece; fifteen great grandchildren, Amanda Rose, Timothy Lawless, Angie McGhee, Becky Mathena, Tracey Sink, Jessica Nichols, Laura Conner, Christen and Megan Wray, Adam and Sydney Church, Carl and Corey Freeman, Kalea Darago, and Alexis Reece; ten great great-grandchildren, Braxton Nichols, Brittany, Rylan and Andrew McGhee, Emmaliegh and Gabrellia Rose, Brandon and Jessie Mathena, Lacie Lawless, and Kylee Sink. During her long battle with Alzheimer's, a special caregiver and loving friend, Virginia Bussey, touched our lives. A special thank you to Virginia, Dr. Steven Collins, Antioch Church of the Brethren, and Good Samaritan Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3825 Electric Road, Roanoke, VA or to Boones Mill Rescue Squad, 285 Cahas Lane, Boones Mill, VA 24065. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 with Pastor Tom Powers officiating.
