Mr. Burrows went home to be with his Lord and Savior Feb. 4, 2005 following his battle with lung cancer and a brain tumor. He was 51. A resident of Coalinga until the last couple of years, Mr. Burrows worked as a janitor at Save Mart. He spent his last six months at a VA care facility where he was well taken care of by wonderful medical personnel. Mr. Burrows is survived by his wife, Barbara, children Joe and Amber, his parents, Roland and Isabel Burrows, two brothers, Allen and David, two sisters, Mende and Peggy and several nieces and nephews. on February 8, 2005.2

Arleine graduated from Milton High School; Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in home economics; and Columbia University with a master's degree in education. From 1944 to 1945, she served for 15 months with the American Red Cross in England and France. Arleine was a teacher of home economics for 30 years, first in Northumberland and Hepburnville before moving to Warren, where she was a home economist for Warren County. Later, she taught home economics in Warren public schools until her retirement. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Warren, for 50 years, where she served as deacon and elder. She also served as president of the Presbyterian women of the church. In 2000, she rejoined Paradise United Church of Christ, Milton. Arleine was a member and past president of the Association of College Women of Warren; a member and past president of Alpha Mu Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma; an active member of Church Women United; and a member of Warren-Forest Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees. Surviving are one son, David Robert Whitehill, of Russell; one brother, Samuel Schnure, of Lebanon, Ohio; 19 nieces and nephews; and many grandnieces and grandnephews. Preceding her in death, in addition to her husband, were three brothers, Edgar Schnure, Herman Schnure and E. Delrue Schnure, and four sisters, Augusta Foose, Ethel Rishel, Lois Wheeler and Sarah Ellen Mack. Funeral services will be held at a later date. on December 6, 2007.2

Nevin was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Edinboro, where he served as deacon and elder. He was a life time member of Oasis Lodge No. 416, F&AM; the Scottish Rite, Valley of Erie; the Zem Zem Shrine Temple and a member of the West County Shrine. His life of community service also included, past chairman of the Edinboro Civil Service Commission, past president of the Edinboro Cemetery Association, and past president of the PA Association of Retired Employees. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Joanne Whitehill Smith; two sisters, Carolyn Smith and Neva Minnis. Nevin is survived by a son, Dr. Nelson M. Smith and his fiance', Kate Bender, of Edinboro; a daughter, Karen Gardner and her husband, Bill, of Boothwyn, Pa; a brother, Selden M. Smith of Edinboro and many loving nieces and nephews. on April 5, 2005.6

Born April 30, 1932 in Franklin, Jean was the daughter of the late Clarence and Eleanor Phenicie Ritchey. She was married to Virgil W. Keith who survives. Jean attended Seneca United Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin. She was a homemaker who enjoyed and cherished spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, Jean is survived by her sons, James Keith of Titusville, and Dave Hall and his wife, Robin, of Franklin; her daughter, Debbie Reagle of Franklin; and her step-son, Eugene Keith of California. She is also survived by her 4 brothers, Wayne Ritchey and his wife, Billie, of Cooperstown, Merle Ritchey and his wife, Anna, of Franklin, Fred Ritchey of Meadville, and Paul Ritchey and his wife, June, of Ohio; and her 5 sisters, Doris Ducasse of Stockton, CA, Betty Gordon and Pat Willyoung, both of Franklin, Janet Wilson and her husband, Ken, of Volcano, CA, and Mary Crawley of Jamestown, NY. Jean is additionally survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her son, Roland Heasley; her son-in-law, William Reagle; and her 2 sisters, Ruth Coffey and Nancy Ditzenberger. Services for Jean will be private and will be held at the convenience of her family.1 Her married name was Heasley. She married Glenn Roland Heasley, son of Clyde Roland Heasley and Emma Cordelia Whitehill. Heasley of York and Mary Elaine Ray and husband, Joseph, of Franklin; a stepdaughter, Debra Sue Reagle and husband, William, of Polk; three grandchildren, Jason L. Heasley of York, Heidi Matchett and husband, Jason, of Sterling, VA, and William Reagle Jr. of Yellow Springs, OH; two brothers, Louis D. Frankenberger of Franklin and Blaine Griffin and wife of Seneca; and one sister, Emily Doutt of Buena Park, CA. She was preceded in death by a stepson, Roland Heasley; a granddaughter, Crystal Lynn Ray; and one brother, William Frankenberger. Services officiated by the Rev. Samuel Gibb, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Franklin. Interment will be in Old Sandy Cemetery. on December 23, 2004.1

William V. Reagle Sr. William V. Reagle, Sr., 60, of Route 62, Franklin, died Tuesday July 12 due to complications of Alzheimer's Disease which he had been battling for four years. Mr. Reagle was born in Franklin on March 22, 1951, the youngest son of Boyd A. and Elizabeth J. (Vance) Reagle. A lifelong resident of this area, he attended Polk Elementary School and was a 1969 graduate of Franklin High School. He was also a member of Polk United Methodist Church. In January 1970, Mr. Reagle was hired as a machinist for Joy Manufacturing Company. During his time there, he served in several positions and on various committees, including Union President and Steward for the International Association of Machinists Local 1842. He retired in 2007 when diagnosed with his illness. Mr. Reagle had a lifelong interest in history, in particular local and family history, and with his father Boyd, conducted much research for the Reagle and Montgomery family histories which were later published. As a young man, he was an avid bottle collector and enjoyed metal detecting, was a fine musician and, in addition to singing, played drums, guitar, and, in later years, violin. Mr. Reagle was an avid hunter and enjoyed being out in the woods. He also earned a black belt in Taekwondo. In later years, Mr. Reagle was a member of the Steam and Gas Engine Society and took a great interest in antique machinery and old signs, and enjoyed restoring antique John Deere tractors. Mr. Reagle was a Master Mason and member of Myrtle Lodge No. 316, where he served in various positions, including Worshipful Master. Mr. Reagle was also a Shriner and a member of the Venango County (Zem Zem) Wheel Patrol, with which he participated in many local parades and celebrations. He was also a member of the Eagle's Clubs of Franklin. On June 6, 1970, he married Debra Sue Heasley in Franklin and she survives. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a daughter, Heidi R. Matchett of Sterling, VA; two sons, William V. Reagle, Jr. of Enon, OH.and Scott Bell of Franklin; one grandson Aaron J. Matchett of Sterling, VA; his father and mother-in-law Virgil and Jean Keith of Franklin; his caregivers, Mrs. Mary Crowley and Mrs. Dawn Ward of Franklin; and many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mr. Reagle was the last surviving member of his immediate family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Reagle was preceded in death by a brother, Boyd A. Reagle, Jr. in 1989; uncles Clarence Reagle and Rev.
