     Tamara Jane Duncan Tamara Duncan Speight, 47, passed away on Tuesday, November 29th, 2016. Born December 20, 1968 to Ural and Emmaline Duncan in Salem, Va. She was preceded in death by her father, Ural Duncan and mother, Emmaline Duncan.She is survived by her sons, Spenser Duncan and wife, Katie Duncan, Matthew Duncan, and Tanner Speight; daughters, Hannah Speight and Emma Speight; granddaughters, Madison Duncan, Raegan Duncan, and Kennedy Duncan; brother, Steve Duncan.Tammy was a beloved mother and friend who served many years with the Fort Lewis rescue squad and was considered family at the Emmaus Road Community Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brainard Mills and Rosa Mills Wheeling; five brothers, Mike, Ike, Howard, Dick and Bud; and a very special aunt, Rushia "Lilo" Brown. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, James T. Duncan; her daughters and their husbands, Martha and Ricky Ellis, Nancy and Everett "Tubby" Feazell, Cindy and Eddy Jones; and grandchildren, Lauren Ellis McGuire and husband Matt, Tyler Ellis, Kevin Jones and Sarah Jones. Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Millie Mills, Wanda Duncan, and Geneva and husband Warren Blosser. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, and special family friend Sarah Milliron. She was born in Shawsville, Virginia on April 25, 1927. She lived in the Wabun community most of her life. She was a faithful member of Green Hill Church of the Brethren and The Mamie Kinzie Women's Fellowship. She also spent many years serving others through the Wabun Social Service Club. Avalee was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She always met you with a smile, and chose to see the best in everyone. She was admired for her positive attitude, strong will, and selflessness. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on September 6, 2014.³

     Orlo Warren Blosser Jr. was buried at Sherwood Burial Park, 1045 Lynchburg Turnpike, Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^3,4 He was born on November 26, 1930 at Tacoma Park, Montgomery Co., Maryland.^2,3,4 He married Geneva Ella Duncan, daughter of Lewis Madison Duncan and Minnie Jane Manning, on May 28, 1952 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,5,3 Orlo Warren Blosser Jr. died on August 28, 2016 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia, at age 85.^3,4 He Orlo Warren Blosser, Jr. of Salem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at the age of 85. He formerly resided in Craig County for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Blosser, 27 years ago this month; his parents, Orlo and Margaret Blosser; his brother, Alan Blosser. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 64 years, Geneva Duncan Blosser; brother, Clyde Blosser; sister, Barbara McDaniel; many nieces and nephews. Warren was born on November 26, 1930 in Tacoma Park, Md. He was a graduate of Andrew Lewis High School and he attended Bridgewater College, Virginia Tech, and Roanoke College. He served his country during the Korean War from 1952 to 1953. He retired from Mick or Mack Stores Company after 32 years of service. He enjoyed reading, golf, gardening, and hunting throughout the years. Burial following at Sherwood Memorial Park. on August 30, 2016.³

     Mahala Frances Hall was born in May, 1837 at Virginia.^4,5 As of January 29, 1859,her married name was Reed.^2,5 She married Solomon Reed on January 29, 1859 at Jackson Co., Missouri.^2,5 Mahala Frances Hall died on December 5, 1920 at Cassville, Barry Co., Missouri, at age 83.⁵ She Mrs. Mahala Reed, wife of Solomon Reed, died at the Reed home on North Main Street in Cassville, Sunday morning December 5, at the age of 83 years. Mrs. Reed had been sick of dropsy for the past ten months and her death was not unexpected. The body was prepared by the Horine Undertaking Establishment and taken back to Jackson County for interment. Mr. and Mrs. Reed came to Cassville last May from Jackson County, where they had lived nearly all their lives. She was born in Virginia in 1837 and when just a small child moved with her parents to this state. She leaves three children, Jessee Reed, Mrs. Lydia List and Mrs. Anna Hall, all of whom live and Cassville. Funeral services were held here Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. T. Bratton. She had been a member of the Baptist church for many years. on December 9, 1920.⁵

     Sarah Hall was buried at Pitcher Cemetery, Independence, Jackson Co., Missouri.³ She was born circa 1839 at Missouri.¹ As of January 27, 1855,her married name was Sage.² She married Joel Walker Sage on January 27, 1855 at Jackson Co., Missouri.² As of July 23, 1865,her married name was Baker.² Sarah Hall married Dr. Peter K. Baker on July 23, 1865 at Jackson Co., Missouri.² Sarah Hall died in 1875 at Missouri.³

     Lydia Angeline Hall was buried at Elmwood Cemetey, Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri.⁴ Her married name was Bond.⁵ She married Unknown Bond.⁵ Lydia Angeline Hall was born on March 8, 1840 at Missouri.^1,4 She died on February 15, 1907 at age 66.⁴

     John M. Hall was buried at East Mount Zion Cemetery, La Cygne Corner, Linn Co., Kansas.⁴ He was born in March, 1843 at Missouri.^7,4 He married Allcindia Unknown circa 1866.⁷ John M. Hall died in 1940 at Kansas.⁴

     Joel Walker Sage was born circa 1833 at England.² He married Sarah Hall, daughter of Jesse Hall and Lydia M. "Liddie" Thrash, on January 27, 1855 at Jackson Co., Missouri.¹ Joel Walker Sage died in 1860 at Jackson Co., Missouri.²

     Joanna E. "Jo" Sage was buried at Downey District Cemetery, 9073 E. Gardendale Ave., Downey, Los Angeles Co., California.⁴ Her married name was Mulder.⁵ She married John Mulder.^5,4,6 Joanna E. "Jo" Sage was born on February 21, 1857 at Missouri.⁵ She died on December 13, 1951 at Los Angeles Co., California, at age 94.⁵

     Hugh John Sage was born on January 4, 1858 at Missouri.⁴ He married Ella Nora Harris on October 13, 1881 at Clay Co., Missouri.⁵ Hugh John Sage died on November 4, 1941 at Los Angeles Co., California, at age 83.⁴
