Dobbins, on August 3, 1962 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.1,2,4 Nancy Lou Hart and James Ray Hall were divorced on September 4, 1985 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.3 Nancy Lou Hart died on October 10, 2021 at Virginia at age 80.2 She Nancy Lou Hart Hall Stultz, September 21, 1941 - October 10, 2021.
