They moved to Florida in 1955, where Sebert was employed as a machinist and fireman on the railroad. Georgia was a long time attendee of Discovery Church in Wildwood. She was an active volunteer during the time of the church’s bus ministry program. Georgia was preceded in her death by her parents George and Bertha Ellen (Smith) Payne; her husband of 39 years Sebert Paxton; her sister Margaret; her brother Robert (Pete); her daughter Carolyn; and her son Roger.
