     Neil Edward Roberson Neil E. Roberson, 75, of Vinton, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. He was born in Roanoke, June 12, 1945, son of the late Victor and Cuba Roberson. He was also preceded in death by his son, Matt. He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Julie; daughter Amy Cline; son-in-law, Lewis Cline; grandchildren Cody and Emily Cline; brother, Wayne Roberson; brother-in-law, John Cox (Kathy); sister-in-law, Linda Flippo. Also surviving are numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends; close friend Bill McConnell. The Memorial Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.³ He was buried at Mountain View Cemetery, 1300 Mountain View Road, Vinton, Roanoke Co., Virginia.³ He was born on June 12, 1945 at Roanoke, Virginia.^2,4,3 He married Julie Anne Cox on August 1, 1971 at Vinton, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^2,4 Neil Edward Roberson died on April 28, 2021 at Virginia at age 75.³

     Marie Anabelle Hylton was buried at Jacksonville Burial Ground, Rt. 8, 0.25 miles south of Floyd, Floyd Co., Virginia.² Her married name was DeWeese.¹ She married Charles Valentine DeWeese, son of Trigg Preston DeWeese and Laura Ellie Bowles.^1,2 Marie Anabelle Hylton was born circa 1923.² She died on June 8, 2013 at Virginia.² She Marie Anabelle Hylton Deweese, 90, of Floyd, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney S. Hylton Sr. and Lorena Coleman Hylton; husband, Charles V. Deweese; sons, Gary Deweese, Kenneth Deweese; brothers, Ray Hylton, Marvin Hylton, and Sidney Hylton Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Jerry Long of Floyd; son and daughter-in-law, Guy and Mary Deweese of Bramwell, W.Va; brother, George Hylton of Hiwassee; sisters and brother-in-law, Thelma and Joe Smith of Floyd, Janet Young of Anchorage, Alaska; one grandson; two great-granddaughters; special niece, Bonnie Smith and husband Daryle; special adopted granddaughter, Martha Turpin.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Lackey officiating. Interment to follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Critical Care Unit at NRV Medical Center. on June 10, 2013.²

She was the widow of Harvey Jacob DeWeese and a former staff member at Country Bear Day Care Center. Surviving are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Gladys and Marvin Belcher, East Bend, N.C., Juanita DeWeese, Roanoke, Marcia and David McGee, Roanoke; a son and daughter-in-law, Harvey Blair and Susie DeWeese, Roanoke; four grandchildren, Melissa Hammond, Gloria Stevens, Crystal DeWeese, Samantha McGee; a great-grandson, Jacob Hammond; a brother, Sidney St.Clair, Montvale; three sisters, Mary Hall, Beckley, W.Va., Eunice Clark, Crab Orchard, W. Va. and Irene Pigg, Santa Clara, Calif. A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Tuesday from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, with Dr. Darryl G. Crim officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the North Roanoke Baptist Church Building Fund, 6402 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, Va. 24019.      Mary Maebelle Brown was buried at Copper Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 8838 Floyd Hwy N. US Hwy 221, Copper Hill, Floyd Co., Virginia.^3,4 She was born on October 27, 1921 at Roanoke, Virginia.^4,5,6 As of November 1, 1939,her married name was DeWeese.⁵ She married Woodrow Clinton/Clynton DeWeese, son of Trigg Preston DeWeese and Laura Ellie Bowles, on November 1, 1939 at Air Point, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^2,4,5 Mary Maebelle Brown died on August 14, 2012 at Roanoke Co., Virginia, at age 90.^3,7 She Mary Maebelle DeWeese, 90, of Salem, passed away August 14, 2012.
