He was preceded in death by four brothers, Andrew, Clayton, Dennis and Darrell Elmore, all of West Virginia. Services will be 1:30 p.m. at the Cinco Wesleyan Church of Campbells Creek, with the Rev. Hathaway officiating. He will be laid to rest at Putney Cemetery in Campbells Creek with military honor service. on March 25, 2004.5
