She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Susie Rhea, one granddaughter and four sisters, Lois Stallard, Della Heath, Lucy Garland and Nell May. Survivors: her husband, James "Hub" McGhee of Saltville; four sons, James R. McGhee, Danny E. McGhee and Cecil McGhee, all of Saltville, and Roger D. McGhee of Glade Spring; two daughters, Norma J. Pallbearers will be the grandsons, Junior McGhee, Brian McGhee, Jimmy Rhea, Kenneth Moore, Donnie Thomas and Tom Stroupe. on July 24, 2004.³

He was a very giving person with a good heart, who loved to help others. Danny took pride in taking care of his family. He worked several years at Maloyed Motors as a mechanic. Danny enjoyed classic cars, especially Chevy Camaros. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Hazel McGhee; two sisters, Norma Moore, and Phyliss Rhea; one sister-in-law, Francis McGhee. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathy Greer McGhee; one daughter, Shela McGhee; three brothers, James McGhee, Roger McGhee and wife Peggy, and Cecil “Buzz” McGhee; brothers-in-law, Mathew Moore, and Ronald Rhea; several nieces and nephews; his beloved dog, Lily; and many dear friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Evans officiating.      Norma Jean McGhee Norma "Sissy" McGhee Moore, September 18, 1946 - November 25, 2017. Norma J. “Sissy” McGhee Moore, age 71, was taken home by angels Saturday November 25, 2017. She was the daughter of the late James and Hazel Rhea McGhee. Sissy was an avid violet grower and enjoyed decorating her home. She loved her Lord and Savior and attended several churches. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Matthew R. Moore which she was the light of his life; one son, Kenneth Moore and wife Kelly of Roanoke; two daughters, JoAnn Wilson and husband Rocky and Sandy Pierce all of Glade Spring; three brothers, James McGhee and wife Frances, Danny McGhee and wife Kathy, special brother Cecil McGhee and Roger McGhee and wife Peggy; sister Phyllis Rhea and husband Ronald; she loved her grandchildren, Brandon Moore, Justin Wilson, Kelsey McClellan and Dylan Pierce; great grandchildren, Maddie, Ayden and Reid Moore; several nieces and nephews; special cousin Carolyn Thomas. She was a life long member of the Buckeye Hollow Free Pentecostal Holiness Church. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, James McGhee and Hazel; her daughter, Tonya Leann Rhea; sister, Norma Moore. She is survived by her husband of 52 years of marriage, Ronald “Fuzzy” Dean Rhea; her son, Jimmy Dean Rhea and wife Mary Ann; four brothers, James McGhee and wife France, Roger McGhee and wife Peggy, Danny McGhee and wife Kathy, and Cecil “Buzz” McGhee; grandchildren, Tony Rhea and wife Heather, Jennifer Mason and husband Greg; four great-grandchildren, Jaylyn Cardwell, Bella Cardwell, Sammy Widner, and Brantly Dean Rhea; three sister-in-laws, Wilma Hunt, Donna Nunley, and Janet Rhea; several nieces and nephews.
