     Frances Ellen Ratliff was buried at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Courthouse Road, Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 She was born on July 21, 1935 at Roanoke, Virginia.1 As of July 12, 1957,her married name was Hatfield.2 She married Theodore Alvin Hatfield Jr., son of Theodore Alvin Hatfield and Lelia Mae Nugen, on July 12, 1957 at Rocky Gap, Bland Co., Virginia.1,2 Frances Ellen Ratliff died on April 6, 2011 at Wytheville, Wythe Co., Virginia, at age 75.1 She ROCKY GAP, Va — Mrs. Frances Ellen Ratliff Hatfield, 75, of Bland County Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center and formerly from Rocky Gap., Va., passed away peacefully on April 6, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, Va. She was born in Roanoke, Va., on July 21, 1935 to the late Walter and Elsie Ratliff and was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Theodore (Ted) A. Hatfield. Frances is survived by her son, Ted Hatfield and his wife Teresa of Bluefield, W.Va; daughter, Susie Ellison and her husband Wayne of Hinton, W.Va; three granddaughters, Cassandra Kelley of Wytheville, Va., Kristina Younger of Bluefield, W.Va., Jamie Hatfield of Bluefield, W.Va; one grandson, Travis Tolbert of Rocky Gap, Va; one great-grandson, Jaylen Younger of Bluefield, Va; one brother, Dick Ratliff and his wife Shirley of Rocky Gap, Va; three step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren. Frances leaves behind many friends at the Bland County Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center, Bland County Rescue Squad and Wythe County Community Hospital. Memorial services celebrating the life of Frances will be held Monday, April 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Princeton, W.Va., with the Rev. Larry Ramey officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Bland County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 585, Bland, VA 24315 on April 10, 2011.1

Webb, 84, of Oak Hill, was carried home by the angels on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Born October 1, 1931 in Bluefield, W.Va., she was the daughter of Sidney and Georgia Honaker Nugen. She had a deep personal relationship with the Lord and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Lochgelly. She worked at the former Pinnacle Pet Supply Co. in Oak Hill. She was a retired Walmart employee where she spent many of her days happily working in the pet department and organizing various Walmart parties and events. She loved working crossword puzzles and making jewelry in her later years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Georgia Nugen; her husband, Charles N. Webb and her son, Charles R. Webb. Survivors include: her daughter, Kathy Bowyer and husband Jim of Hurricane; her sister, Mary Green of Fayetteville; former daughter–in–law, Wanda Webb-Davis of Oak Hill; sisters-in-law, Jane Taylor of Oak Hill and Clydia Ross of Baltimore; four grandchildren, Charles S. "Charlie" Webb and wife Tracy of Oak Hill; Mary Ann Hunziker and husband Todd of Montvale, Va; Scott Bowyer and wife Brandi of Winfield; Elizabeth Hanna and husband Ben of Hurricane; five great-grandchildren, Cameron and Zachary Webb, Luke and Sam Hunziker, and Taylor Bowyer along with several nieces. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, on Sunday, November 22, one hour prior to the 2 p.m. service. Services will be held at the funeral home with Rev. Larry D. Hammett officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Charlie Webb, Scott Bowyer, Cameron Webb, Zachary Webb, Luke Hunziken, and Sam Hunziken will serve as pallbearers. on November 21, 2015.3

Her remains rest at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, 1435 East Main Street, Oak Hill where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, with the Rev. Joe Cuthbertson officiating, and where family will receive friends from noon until time of the service on Wednesday. Burial will follow in the Nugen Family Cemetery, Laurel Creek W.Va. on March 21, 2012.1
