He is also survived by special friends Jake and Belinda Jacobowski and God children, Keri and Jared Jacobowski. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill. on August 15, 2012.2

Ms. Todd was a retired licensed nursing home administrator and was the founder and owner of Green Acres Personal Care Home in Fayetteville; Autumn Years Convalescent Center (now Genesis Healthcare - Hilltop Center); and Green Acres Convalescent Center (now Genesis Healthcare - Ansted Center) in Ansted. Ms. Todd was also a very charitable and generous individual and was instrumental in the development of Mountain View Church of God and Christian School, having donated several acres of land for both that cause and other notable worthy causes. Those left to cherish Ms. Todd's memory are daughters, Sharon Kaye Johnson of Beckley, Crystal Lynn Vernon and her husband, John, of Fayetteville and Tammy Jo Painter and her husband, Toby, of Charleston, and a son, Charles William Wheeler of Knoxville, Tenn. Ms. Todd is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of loving cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the staff and employees of Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville; Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital; Mercer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bluefield; Dr. Donald C. Newell, Jr. of Oak Hill; Dr. Surayia Hasan of Beckley; Dr. Brett Faulkner and Leslie Bollinger of West Virginia University Physicians in Charleston; Jan Care Ambulance Service; Dr. Elie Gharib and Kevin Fletcher, FNP of the West Virginia Heart and Vascular Institute in Charleston; and Dr. Abdul R. Zanabli of Charleston Nephrology. The family would also like to extend special thanks and appreciation to the Rev. Alan Ledford, pastor of Bible Covenant Church in Beckley, who was unfailing in his telephone calls, visits and encouragement to Ms. Todd on a weekly, and oftentimes a more frequent basis, for many, many years. on July 27, 2016.3
