She is survived by numerous cousins, friends and other relatives. The family would like thank the 3rd floor staff at Friendship Health and Rehab for the care and compassion shown while caring for Hazel in the last years of her life. Donations may be made in Hazel 's memory to Williamson Road Church of the Brethren 3110 Pioneer Road, Roanoke. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Oakey's North Chapel with Pastor Michael Huffaker officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel. on October 4, 2011.³
