In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Karen Elizabeth Williams; sister, Dorothy Jane Fitzgerald and brother, James "Pete" Williams. Jiggs was a Vietnam Army Veteran a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Norwood and owner/operator of Williams Grocery in Shipman. He is survived by his wife Jane Wood Williams, son, Tommy C.
