Episcopo, Jr. of Cragmere, DE; sisters, Edith M. Markowski of Claymont, Elizabeth DiBono of Glenolden, PA; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 9 at 10:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 9th & DuPont Sts., Wilmington. Survived by his children, Patricia A. Gardner and her husband of Ronald of Pennsville, Tara Galloway and her husband Mark of Sacramento, CA, grandchildren, Molly Gardner, Ian Galloway, Kathrine Durbin and her husband Nick and Patrick Galloway, and a very special friend, Josephine Williams. Predeceased by his wife of 45 years Joan Patricia (Patsy) Oberholtzer Light and a son Arnold E. Light, Jr., brothers, Stanley, Cecil Light, sisters, Beatrice Dudgeon and Bernice Episcopo. Funeral services will be held at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown. on February 17, 2016.5

Slaven, daughter of Hargaiss Hoyt Slaven and Miriam Vestie Light, on August 20, 1947 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.5,6 Orben Earl Settle Services for Orbin Earl Settle, 78, Fayetteville, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Fayetteville Baptist Church with the Rev. H. B. Nelson in charge. Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Settle died Thursday evening in an Oak Hill hospital after a long illness. Born Feb. 5, 1887 in Fayette County, he was a son of the late Judson and Katherine Obenour Settle. A retired representative of the Kipling Shoe Co., Huntington, he was a member of the Baptist church. He was a former Huntington resident and an honorary member of the Fayetteville Rotary Club. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Leona A. Settle; two brothers, John, Fayetteville and Louis, Chesapeake; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Epperly, Oak Hill and Mrs. Clara Bennett and Miss Laura Phipps, both of Roanoke Va. The body will be taken from the Dodd-Payne Funeral Home in Fayetteville to the church an hour before the service. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Saturday. Pallbearers will be Edward Bennett, John Settle Jr., Richard Epperly, Joe Hodson and Carr and Charles Settle. on March 19, 1965.1 He died on March 19, 1965 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia, at age 78.7
