He is survived by his wife, Verna, of East Bank; son, Steven Foster and wife Gretchen of Pinch; daughter, Susan Foster-Harper and husband Gene of Lexington, Ky; and grandchildren, Brent Foster and wife Stephanie of Charleston, and David Foster, currently residing in Morgantown. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at Pryor Funeral Home, East Bank, with Pastor Don Dobbins officiating. Visitation will be two hours before the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park, London. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The East Bank United Methodist Church/Building Fund, P.O. Box 362, East Bank, West Virginia 25067.

Jean, in her younger years worked at A+P and Coppers. She enjoyed baking and decorating cakes, flower gardening, and spending time with all her grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Rookie; her parents Helen and Earl Myers; three sisters and four brothers; and her grandson David McClure. Jean is survived by six children, Doug McClure of Glasgow, Donna Burdette of Riverside, Richard & Diana McClure of Riverside, David & Donna of Pratt, Jeff McClure of Riverside, Brad Thomas of East Bank; her grandchildren, Jennifer Daniels, Carrie Stewart, Tara McCallister, Telisha McClure, Tiffany Keenan, Nelson McClure, Brandon McCormick; and 15 great grandchildren. Per Jean's wishes, there will be no visitation. Wines, 99, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 at Legacy Hospice House. He was born in Miami, WV and moved to Ocala from Toledo, OH in 1973. He was a member of Meadowbrook Church of Ocala and was a retired welder for American Motors. He is survived by his daughter, Linda D. Kellermeier of Beaver Creek, OH and his grandchildren, Heather Lee, Nathan and Justin Kellermeier and Joseph Wines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Wines and his son, Samuel L. Wines. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala with Pastor Tim Gilligan officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 6-8 PM. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum. on February 23, 2010.5
