She was preceded in death by her husband, William David Quesenberry and by a son, Michael Quesenberry. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Mark Falls of Buchanan; brother, Willie Gardner of Roanoke; two sisters, Faye Mitchell and Addie Mae Turman, both of Christiansburg; two grandsons, David Falls and Brian Falls; and four greatgrandchildren, Jessamyn, Ariana, Hannah and Aydain Falls. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 28, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Darlene Marshall and the Rev. Mike Vest officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family requests that contributions be made to either the Rockford United Methodist Church, 6790 Hickman Cemetery Road, Radford, Virginia 24141 or to Carilion Hospice, 700 Randolph St., Radford, Va., 24141. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. on July 27, 2008.1

Preceding Bruce in death was his father, Alton Carr. Surviving to cherish his memory are children, Bruce Carr and Hannah Carr; mother, Mary Davis Carr; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Linda Carr, and Shannon and Kathy Carr; sister, Dawn Carr; seven nieces and nephews; and five great-nieces and nephews. Bruce grew up in Roanoke and was an avid fisherman and hunter. His first job was at Ole Monterey Golf Club as a grounds keeper and worked his way up to management. His knowledge and dedication, transformed Ole Monterey into one of the best courses in the area. Bruce was precious to all who knew him and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday April 17, 2008, at the Rocky Mount Church of God, 1360 North Main Street, Rocky Mount, Va., with Pastor Travis Gore officiating. Interment to follow at the Davis Family Cemetery in Redwood. Friends may call after 1 p.m. on Wednesday April 16, 2008, at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Arrangements by Lynch Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Ave., (located behind Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital), Rocky Mount, Va., 540-483-5533. on April 15, 2008.2
