Born April 25, 1917, Dot was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Maggie Richardson, her husband, Robert "Bob" Douglas, her sisters, Gertrude Kirk and Lillian Douglas and a brother, William Richardson. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Gordon Arch of Midlothian, Rita and Edward Marston, Smithfield, two especially dear grandsons, Rob Barricklow and his wife, Rebecca, of Richmond, and Wesley Early of Smithfield, and the delight of her latter years, her great-granddaughters, Mary Warren and Ann Turner Barricklow of Richmond. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, July 2 at the graveside in North Fork Cemetery in Ellett. The Douglas family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg. on July 1, 2005.3
