He was a stock broker for many years with Cash Shoaf & Company and then with C.M. Walters and Company. He was the husband of the late Dorothy N. Walters and is survived by a daughter, Sharon W. Fleming and her husband, Delmont, of Fredericksburg; two sons, Kevin A. Walters, of Richmond, and Terry M. Walters and fiancée, Donna Shelton, of Roanoke; a brother, Jerry Michael Walters, of Disputanta; and 11 nieces and nephews. Mr. Walters has left his body to the Medical College of Virginia, and, at his request, there will be no memorial service. Martin Treish/Thrash Sr. left a will; Last Will and Testament of Martin Treish (Thrash) (Original written in German in Martin Treish's own hand) Know all men by these presents that Martin Treish hath made an Testament which he has signed with his own hand being as followeth. First his younger son Martin Treish shall have the place for and in consideration of sixty pounds I say sixty pounds every year to pay ten pounds till all the sixty have been paid. The woman shall with the children remain on the place until the youngest child is come of age whose name is Anna Barbara Treish. The woman shall yearly have eight bushels of corn and five bushels of wheat, and shall have from the garden the third part of the kitchen garden and the third part of the orchard and shall maintain on the place a cow and a fat hog, and give sixty or seventy pounds of flax seed, also 50 eggs for her maintenance the 29th Oct. 1761. Martin Treish Jacob Bernadine Vide Probate of the Will from which this is translated Conrad Hulman Philip Lautenhleger May 20, 1762 Jacob Parkonov, Conrad Heilman and Philip Lautensleger made an oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they saw the Testator Martin Tearce sign the within will and heard him publish and declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of sound and disposing Mind and Memory and that they subscribed their names as Witnesses to the said Will in the presence of the said Testator and at his request sworn before the Widow abides by the Devise of the Will. W Young DyCo of Balt County.2 He was buried at Saint Johns Cemetery, East Fourth Street, Frederick, Frederick Co., Maryland.4 He was born in 1719 at Germany.4 He married Elizabeth Unknown circa 1740.3 Martin Treish/Thrash Sr. (an unknown value) in 1757 at Maryland.5 He died on May 20, 1762 at Maryland.4
