Mr. Gempp worked for the General Assembly Division for 36 years. During his retirement he was active in the General Motors Retirement Club. Mr. Gempp was married to the former Lucille Goodwin Dreannan, who died in August. Survivors include three stepdaughters Donna Hindle of England, and Judith Gordon and Patricia Kruger both of Baltimore; a brother Leonard Gempp of Baltimore; a sister Dorothy Baxter of Baltimore and nine grandchildren. Burial will be at Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery on Taylor Avenue. on December 8, 1977.¹
