     Terrial William Mayberry was born on June 30, 1950 at Aiken, Aiken Co., South Carolina.1,2 He married Yvonne Carol Cook, daughter of Maphis Killey Cook and Gypsy Carol Nimmo, on December 28, 1981 at Newport News, Virginia.1 Terrial William Mayberry died on October 19, 2018 at Farmington, St. Francois Co., Missouri, at age 68.2 He Mr. Terrial "Terry" Mayberry, 68, of Farmington, MO, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018. He was born in Aiken, South Carolina, on June 30, 1950, the son of Morris and Mamie (Fulmer) Mayberry. Terry went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Columbia College. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran and proudly served his country for 42 years, retiring as Adjutant General of Fort Drum, NY. Terry began Toys-4-Tot's in Lincoln County and this was a charity near to his heart. For many years, he counseled and mentored fellow veterans dealing with PTSD and addiction issues. Terry's main priority in life was his family, and spending time together with them. He leaves behind a lifetime of service and love to his country, and his fellow man. Terry will be remembered lovingly by all those who knew him. He is survived by his three daughters: Barbie Mayberry (Michael) of Park Hills, MO, Jennifer (Jason) Alexander of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Crystal (Joe) Bryson of St. Charles, MO, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his fiancée, Rebecca Napper of Farmington, MO, his brothers: Thomas (Marcie) Mayberry of Florida, Richard Mayberry of Virginia, sisters: Catherine (Dennis) Palmer of Maine, Dorothy (Gary) Calderon, of Florida, his former spouse of 26 years, Lynn Mayberry of Troy, as well many other relatives and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jimmy Mayberry, sister, Barbara "Blondie" Gerdts, sister-in-law, B.J. Mayberry, nephew, Mark Gerdts, nephew, Joshua Gerdts. on October 26, 2018.2

     Diane Simpkins Diane Simpkins, age 79 years, went to be with her heavenly Father Wednesday evening, February 21, 2018 from her home in Ponca City, OK. She was the second child born to Delos Warren Simpkins and Gertrude Rose (Diette) Sinpkins on Wednesday, October 6, 1937 in Pawhuska, OK. She and her brother, Warren, grew up on her father’s Osage allotment ranch west of Pawhuska. Later, the family moved to Tulsa, OK where she attended kindergarten and elementary school until the family moved to Bartlesville, OK. In 1954, she attended College High. In 1955, she attended Daycroft, a Christian Science sponsored school in Stamford, CT. While there, she organized their school library with the Dewey Decimal System. Her senior year was spent in Tulsa, until October, when she moved to live with her grandmother, Sadie Simpkins Hanson, and graduated from Shidler High School in 1956. She attended Central State College in Edmond, OK in 1957. In Ponca City, Diane worked for Dr. Ray Lessert, DVM, Higdon’s Florist and Irene’s Custom Drapes. Next, she opened her own pet supply store, later adding her own grooming shop which she named Skip’s Clip Joint. Diane loved all wildlife and rescued a variety of animals. She was especially proud of her Osage and Cherokee Native American heritage. She ran for the Osage Council in 1974. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She was proved to be an American, believed in our Flag, was a member of NRA, proud of Ponca City and Oklahoma. She served her community working with the youth, the Girl Scouts, the Ponca City Art Association, the Fine Arts Festival, the Humane Society and the Standing Bear Foundation. She was always available to help her family and friends. She never met a stranger. She was unique. Diane loved to share with others, examples include: A car full of books to the Kaw City Library, gave a Steinway baby grand piano to the Lynn Baptist Church in Pawhuska, donated many items to the Hope Ranch, the Pioneer Woman Museum, the Frank Phillips Home in Bartlesville, the Ponca City Senior Center, the Constantine Theater in Pawhuska, the Saline Courthouse, the Tulsa Historical Society, and the University Learning Center in Ponca City. Diane is survived by her brother, Joel Warren (Simpkins) Martin and his wife, Darlene, of Grove, OK, niece Cydney (Martin) Kirby Walvoord of Newark, Texas, nephew Kirkland James Martin, adopted nephew John Beebe of Oklahoma City, OK, niece Jennifer (Kirby) Goranson, husband Mike, children Alex and Kara of Newcastle, OK. Nephew Shawn Delos Kirby, daughter Ramee of Newark, TX, niece Diane Louise Kirby, daughters Christina and Nevaeh of Cisco, TX; niece Justin Marie (Kirby) Lara, husband Toni, children Cydney, Robert and Liliana of Boyd, TX; her friend and companion Emma Lou Stover of Ponca City, OK and her Chihuahua, “Coco.” She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents Warren Delos Simpkins and Sadie Sidney (DeNoya) Simpkins, Thomas Sylvester Dietle, Freda Helen (Reim) Dietle and her nephew Joel Philip Martin. Diane requested a private family graveside service with officiant Father Deva Undralla. Burial at the Simpkins lot in the Pawhuska City Cemetery at 1PM on Monday, February 26, 2018. Her family would like to thank all of the ladies who took care of her the past few years and Hospice of North Central Oklahoma.2 She was buried at Pawhuska City Cemetery, 600 West 15th Street, Pawhuska, Osage Co., Oklahoma.2 She was born on October 6, 1937 at Pawhuska, Osage Co., Oklahoma.2 She died on February 21, 2018 at Ponca City, Kay Co., Oklahoma, at age 80.2
