     Charles Everette Tawney Beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Charles "Tony" Everette Tawney, 93, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away Nov. 10, 2013, at Mountain Valley Care and Rehabilition in Kellogg. He was born Sept. 17, 1920, in Worth, W. Va; Tony was the son of Everett Hoge and Bertha Alma (Donovan) Tawney. Tony attended and graduated from high school in Norfolk, W. Va. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II. Tony married Mary C. Yates on Feb. 21, 1942 in York, S.C. Tony and Mary moved to the Silver Valley in 1948 from Virginia. Mary passed away on May 4, 2013. He served as a skip tender and No. 1 hoistman for the Bunker Hill Mining Company in Kellogg from 1947-1988. Tony was a member of the Kellogg Elks Lodge No. 1841, a member of the Knights of Pythias and a member of the Kellogg Masonic Lodge. He loved and enjoyed his family and traveling with his beloved wife Mary. Tony is survived by one son, Anthony (Laura) Tawney of Redmond, Wash; four grandchildren, Shane Shisler of Poulsbo, Wash., Heather Carlson of Mount Vernon, Wash., Bryan Tawney of Seattle, Wash., and Trevor Tawney of Kirkland, Wash., five step-grandchildren, Sean, Bryan and Colin Shaughnessy, Katie Twiddy and Colleen Robertson. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren. Cremation was held and private family inurnment graveside services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery of Kellogg.⁴ He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Kellog, Shoshone Co., Idaho.⁴ He was born on September 17, 1920 at Worth, McDowell Co., West Virginia.⁴ He married Mary Celeste Yates, daughter of John William Anthony Yates and Elizabeth Belle "Eliza" Strickler, on February 21, 1942 at York, York Co., South Carolina.^1,3,4,5 Charles Everette Tawney died on November 10, 2013 at Kellog, Shoshone Co., Idaho, at age 93.⁴

     Her married name was Yates.¹ Judith Anne Norberg married Bryan Anthony Yates, son of Hampton Anthony "Tony" Yates and Genevieve Bryan.¹ Judith Anne Norberg was born on August 26, 1938 at Colorado.² She died in January, 2008 at Loveland, Larimer Co., Colorado, at age 69.²

     Rudolph M. Carbo was buried at Saint Agnes Cemetery, 48 Cemetery Avenue, Menands, Albany Co., New York.² He Rudolph M. Carbo, March 23, 1931 - February 15, 2021. Rudolph M. Carbo, 89, entered Eternal Life Monday, February 15, Anno Domini 2021 at Schuyler Ridge Nursing Home. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Frank and Filomena Dimaio Carbo. Rudolph was a US Army Korean War veteran who served in the US Army from 14 March 1952, to 15 December 1953. He was assigned to an artillery unit while serving in South Korea, and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. For his service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Korea Service Medal. He had worked as a printer for Argus Greenwood in Albany for many years. He enjoyed reading, fishing, but most of all spending time with his family. He was the husband of Bernadette G. Roberts Carbo and the late Jean E. Bryant Carbo; father of Frank R. Carbo (Tanya) and Cynthia Stiles (late Jerry); brother of Edward Carbo and the late August Carbo, John Carbo (Hazel), Teresa Oddy (James), Mary Sgroi (Vincent), Salvatore Carbo and Anna Ellers; survived by 2 grandsons, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The Rite of Committal will be held at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY. Patriot Guard Riders of New York participation.² He was born on March 23, 1931 at Albany, Albany Co., New York.² He married Jean Estelle Bryant, daughter of James Thomas Bryant Sr. and Hattie Estelle Haley, on January 17, 1954 at Albany Co., New York.^1,2 Rudolph M.
