Mr. Hyatt was pronounced dead at Malcolm Grow Hospital at Andrews Air Force Base. The 22-year-old driver, whom police did not identify, fled on foot and was being sought last night, police said. The driver left three passengers behind at the scene. on May 31, 1993.²
