Simpkins, Gene Simpkins and Tracy Lee Simpkins. She is survived by her husband, James E. Morrow of Point Pleasant; three sons, Guy (Jodi) Morrow of Lawrenceburg, Ind., Bill (Shelli) Morrow of Granger, Ind., and Bryan (Stephanie) Morrow of Point Pleasant; one brother, Patrick Jason (Pam) Simpkins of Mason, W.Va; and six grandchildren, Chelcie, Brandon, Darian, Collin, JoLynn and Kyelar Morrow. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11 a.m. Friday, June 3 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pomeroy with Father Walter Heinz and Father Frank Neville officiating. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Pomeroy.      James Edward Morrow Captain James Edward Morrow, 66, of Point Pleasant, died Monday, July 4, 2011 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born July 22, 1944 in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Frank E. Morrow and Ruby E. (Knapp) Morrow. James was a Riverboat Master Captain with 47 years service, and was also an avid fisherman and hunter. He retired from Ingram Marine Services, and was a member of American Legion Post No. 23 of Point Pleasant and Loyal Order of Moose. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly "Sissy" Jo Morrow; and two brothers, Earnest Morrow and John W. Morrow. Surviving are three sons, Guy (Jodi) Morrow of Lawrenceburg, Ind., Bill (Shelli) Morrow of Montgomery, Ill., and Bryan (Stephanie) Morrow of Point Pleasant; six grandchildren, Chelcie Renee Morrow, Brandon Gene Dodson, Darian Elizabeth Morrow, Collin Derrick Morrow, JoLynn Marie Morrow, and Kyelar Trace Morrow; two great grandchildren, Addison Renee Morrow, and Liam James Morrow; two sisters, Sharon (Tommy) Huddleston of Point Pleasant, and Joyce (Jim) Keefer of Akron, Ohio; two brothers, Mark (Darla) Morrow of Butler, Ky., and Daniel (Shirley) Morrow of Point Pleasant; several nieces and nephews, and his best friend, Coco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 7 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pomeroy, Ohio, with Father Walter Heinz officiating. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Pomeroy.
