Mr. Flosenzier, who operated a farm specializing in vegetables and other garden produce, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Deloris Short Flosenzier; two sons, Guy Russell, of Tyner, and Jack of Culver; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Nancy) Powell, of Plymouth, and Kim at home; ten grandchildren; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vern (Grace) Flosenzier, of Plymouth; a brother, Vernon Flosenzier, also of Plymouth, and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Hill, of South Bend.3 He married Deloris Veda Short, daughter of Clinton M. On Jan. 31, 1959 in Tyner, he married Jean A. Masterson who would precede him in death on their 55th anniversary. Guy was a hardworking man having served 28 years as a sawyer with Precision Pallets and then AK Industries for 15 years as a machine operator. He also enjoyed gardening and raising pigeons, chickens and rabbits. Surviving are family members: daughter Kay A. (Mrs. Chuck, deceased) Orangias of Plymouth and their children Mike Orangias and Sarah (Josh) Sexton, son Paul S. (Sherri) Flosenzier of Plymouth and their children David (Jessica) Flosenzier and Jimmy (Brittany) Flosenzier, and daughter Debbie J. (Robert) Johnson of Plymouth and their children Stephen and Eric Johnson. Daughter-in-law Jamie Flosenzier (Mrs. Ray Allen, deceased) of Plymouth and their daughter Lindsay (Matthew) Souder survive as well as Ricky Morris of Donaldson the son of daughter Paula and Mike Morris (both deceased). Great-grandchildren include: Kodie-Kay Sexton, Hadlee Flosenzier, Kennedy Flosenzier, Kayden Souder, and Blayze Souder. He is also survived by his brother Jack (Melanie) Flosenzier, and sisters; Nancy (Larry) Powell and Kim Craft all of Plymouth along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Guy will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Services will immediately follow in the funeral home at 1 p.m. led by Larry Gates. Burial will follow in the Burr Oak Cemetery with military honors provided by members of the Plymouth American Legion Post 27, Veterans of Foreign Wars – Marshall County Post 1162 and the DAV. Masterson died on January 31, 2014 at Plymouth, Marshall Co., Indiana, at age 73.1,2,3 She PLYMOUTH - Jean A. Flosenzier, 73, a resident of Rose Road for the past 45 years, passed away in her home after a long term illness at 2:10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. A lifetime resident, Jean was born as one of two twin girls in Kosciusko County on Nov. 23, 1940, the daughter of Dillard and Bessie W. (Parrish) Masterson. She attended West High School with the class of 1959. Fifty-five years to the day, on Jan. 31, 1959 in Tyner, Jean married Guy R. Flosenzier. Jean enjoyed driving a Plymouth community school bus for 28 years. She had also worked at the Ancilla Domini poultry farm in Donaldson. Jean was an animal lover, especially dogs and horses. She also loved to garden, and she sold her flowers and vegetables at the local Farmer's Market. She enjoyed mushroom hunting and reading. Jean enjoyed time with friends and co-workers that she met while driving the bus. She was always willing to help others and supported the Neighborhood Center with their yearly coat drive. Jean is survived by her loving husband, Guy, and family: daughter Kay A. Orangias of Plymouth and her two children; Mike Orangias and Sarah Orangias, son Paul S. (Sherri) Flosenzier of Plymouth and their children; David (Jessica) Flosenzier and Jimmy (Brittany) Flosenzier, and daughter Debbie J. (Robert) Johnson, of Plymouth and their children Stephen and Eric Johnson. Jean's daughterin-law, Jamie Flosenzier (Mrs. Ray Allen, deceased) of Plymouth and their daughter Lindsay (Matthew) Souder. Ricky Morris, the son of daughter Paula and Mike Morris, (both deceased) also survives. Jean adored her great-grandchildren: Kayden Jacoby Ray Souder, Kennedy Nicole Flosenzier, and Kodie-Kay Orangias. Her siblings include: Susanne (Jim) Parker of Mishawaka, her twin sister Joan (Jack) Monteleone of Plymouth and brother, Larry Masterson of Plymouth. She was preceded in death by her parents, her children: Paula Sue (Mike) Morris and Ray Allen Flosenzier, a brother Dillard "Bud" Masterson Jr. and son-in-law, Chuck Orangias. Jean and her family appreciated the company and care provided by dear friends; Sandy Stiles and Kathy Lehiy. Visitation will be from 4 - 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Funeral services will immediately follow in the funeral home at 6 p.m., with Chaplain Bob Puhr of Harbor Light Hospice officiating. Burial will be in the Burr Oak Cemetery. Ray is survived by his wife, Jamie; a daughter, Lindsay (Matthew) Souder; his parents, Guy and Jean Flosenzier; a brother, Paul (Sherri) Flosenzier; two sisters, Kay Orangias and Debbie (Robert) Johnson; seven nephews; and two nieces. He was preceded in death by a sister, Paula Sue Morris; and a brother-in-law, Chuck Orangias. Friends are invited to share memories with Allen's family Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Memorial services, officiated by the Rev. Charles Krieg, will be held immediately following visitation at 3 p.m. Saturday. She worked for Hopple Excavating for several years as a bookkeeper. An animal lover, she enjoyed rescuing dogs and cats and giving them good homes. Paula also enjoyed Notre Dame Football, cooking, antiques and most of all family gatherings. Paula is survived by her son, Richard; her parents, Guy and Jean Flosenzier; her companion, George Hopple and his son, John of Culver; two brothers, Allen (Jamie) Flosenzier and Paul (Sherri) Flosenzier and two sisters, Debbie (Robert) Johnson and Kay Orangias, all of Plymouth; and five nephews and two nieces:David and Jimmy Flosenzier, Mike and Sarah Orangias, Stephen and Eric Johnson, and Lindsay Sauder. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Charles Orangias. Friends shared memories with Paula's family Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Memorial services, officiated by the Rev. Charles Krieg, were held immediately following visitation at 7 p.m. Monday. Huffer, 77, of 17439 West Fourteenth Road, Plymouth, Ind., died after a lengthy illness at 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, in his home. He was born on Oct. 23, 1921, to Cora (Felts) and Oscar Huffer. On May 10, 1944, he married Cleora J. Short in Hibbard, Ind. She passed away on April 12, 1992. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Violet Powell; and by four brothers, Owen, Melvin, Dewey and Earl. Ray was self-employed at J & R Sharpening Service of Plymouth. He had lived his entire life in Marshall County. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corps during World War II, becoming a corporal, a squad leader and a paratrooper. He received the Bronze Star for his heroic actions on Iwo Jima. Ray was a member of the Paratroopers Association of Survivors, V.F.W. Post 6919 of Culver, Fraternal Order of Eagles #3221 of Culver, and American Legion Post 29 of Plymouth. He is survived by a son, Jerry and Martha Huffer of Plymouth; two daughters, Patsy and Rex Mishler of Plymouth, and Peggy and Larry Gantz of Plymouth; three grandsons, two granddaughters and one step-granddaughter; and by a sister-in-law, Donna Huffer of Plymouth, his companion and caregiver. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, in the Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 West Madison Street, Plymouth. A private family service will take place. on January 8, 1999.2

"Chuck" Orangias, 51, of Culver, passed away on Friday, Dec. 10, 2010. Chuck was born April 16, 1959 in Melrose Park, Ill. He was one of the six children born to Mike and Marie (Hartmann) Orangias. He attended and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1977. There he met and fell in love with his lifelong best friend, Kay Flosenzier. They were married June 28, 1980. Their union was blessed with two children. Chuck was a retired restaurant manager with the McDonalds Food Corp. He spent 25 years in fast food management. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, trips to Chicago, attending his children's sporting events, following the Chicago Bears football and Louisville Cardinals basketball. A naturalist, Chuck liked gardening and bird watching. He was a member of the Church of God Prophecy in Taylorsville, Ky. Chuck is survived by his wife, Kay of Plymouth; son, Michael Brandon Orangias of Louisville, Ky; daughter, Sarah Jean-Marie Orangias of Culver; faithful friend, Lilly Mae, their Australian shepherd; brother, Anthony Orangias of Culver; sisters:Gloria Hainsworth of Carol Stream, Ill., Carol Ziert of Virginia, Linda Pettie of New Chaney, Texas, and Gail Orangias and husband Trevor Skarber of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no service or visitation. Memorials may be given to the Culver Community Pantry, the Neighborhood Center in Plymouth, the Marshall Co. Humane Society, or the American Kidney Fund in Chuck's memory. on December 23, 2010.5
