Born in Roanoke on March 11, 1970, Todd had recently given his life to Jesus Christ, and looked forward to his Christian walk. Todd's home church in Roanoke was the Williamson Road Church of the Brethren. Todd died in Grand Junction, Colorado. He will be missed by his spouse, Brittany; son Aden James; and Brittany's son Trent. Todd leaves cherished memories for his parents; George and Judy Mills Reimer; his brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Kristen Huffman Reimer; and two nephews Bailey and Bryson Reimer; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from Kentucky, Virginia, Colorado, and Manitoba, Canada. As a child and as a young man, Todd appreciated participating in the ministry of Camp Bethel, a Church of the Brethren camp, Fincastle, Virginia. Todd grew up playing baseball and ice hockey. He earned his GED diploma in March of 1990. Todd loved to snow ski in the mountains of Colorado, and had a passion for animals, especially dogs. Todd enjoyed being with children, and was drawn to their creativity and energy. Todd was a gourmet cook. Thank you to all who have supported Todd, and walked the journey with him. Funeral services will take place at the Williamson Road Church of the Brethren, 3110 Pioneer Road, NW, Roanoke, Virginia, at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2012. Pastor Leah Harness will officiate. She was born in Ellett Valley, Va. on December 12, 1918 to the late Charles Edward and Lilly Mae Carter Cromer. She was also preceded in death by her three husbands, William Massie Poff, Russell Kessinger, Frank E. Costigan; one son, Eugene Roger Poff, two brothers, Henry and Wilson Cromer; and two sisters, Emma and Virginia Lovern. Some knew her as Etta and many knew her as Nanny Poff. She was born September 25, 1918 in Montgomery County, Va., a daughter of the late Oscar C. and Florence Butt Jewell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard S. Poff; a brother, Curtis Jewell and a great-grandson, Caleb W. Ward. Mrs. Poff was a homemaker and attended Calvary Baptist Church. Her surviving family includes, two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Glenn Peterson and Brenda and Cleve Pagans; a son and daughter-in-law, James and Sandra Poff; two brothers and sister-in-law, Gaylord and Doris Jewell and Robert Jewell; and two sisters, Georgia Mills and Martha Mills; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
