     Aaron J. Palmer was buried at Palmer Family Cemetery, Craig Co., Virginia.¹ His Social Security Number was 227-55-6475.² He was born on June 16, 1984.² He died on July 27, 1996 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 12.^1,2 He PALMER, Aaron J., 12, of Salem, died Saturday, July 27, 1996 in Community Hospital, Roanoke.      Rellis Eugene Phipps was buried at Smith Family Cemetery, off Bradshaw Road, Roanoke Co., Virginia.¹ He was born on January 4, 1975.² He died on October 29, 2010 at Virginia at age 35.^1,2 He Rellis Eugene Phipps, 35, of Salem, Va., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 29, 2010. He is predeceased by his father, Danson Phipps; nephew, Ryan Phipps; and Hayden Niday, Brenda Palmer, Aaron Palmer, Magon Palmer; and grandparents, Glovern and Elsie Palmer. Rellis was a graduate of Northside High School. He worked construction, lawn maintenance and tree work. He loved to hunt and fish and care for his dogs, ""Snoopy," "Maggie," "Tiny," and "Littleman," and fish, "Spot." Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Jeanette and (Dad), Gene Niday; brothers, Glovern "Rick" Phipps, Chris (Dawn) Niday; sister, Karie (Dennis) Caldwell; uncles, Shannon, Woodrow, Wyatt, and Rellis Palmer; dear aunt, Jeanine (Ronnie) Horne; Mike, Kim, Allen, Michael, Samantha Horn, Jeanette Krantz and Little Dixie; nieces and nephews, Brittany Phipps , Tyler and Kayla Phipps , Shawn, Danielle, and Joshua Niday; special friends, Eddie Watkin (son, Brandon), Jason Smith, Amy Rogers and family, Carolyn, Randy, and Mike Niday, Danielle (Charles) Hunter, Johnny, Vick, Bev, David, Jay, "GG;" and many other friends and family. Smith, daughter of Thomas George Smith and Viola A. "Ode" Cole, at Lock Haven, Clinton Co., Pennsylvania.^1,6,4 James Millard Rougeux was born on December 31, 1919 at Surveyor, Clearfield Co., Pennsylvania.^2,3,5,4 He died on March 16, 1969 at Clearfield, Clearfield Co., Pennsylvania, at age 49.^1,2,4 He FRENCHVILLE — James Millard Rougeux, 49, of Frenchville R. D., former owner of the Rougeux Coal Co., died in the Clearfield Hospital at 10:20 a.m yesterday. Born at Surveyor, Dec. 31, 1919, a son of the late Raymond and Buelah (Conaway) Rougeux, he is survived by his wife the former Frances Smith, and the following children: Mrs. William (Barbara) Shirey, Clearfield K. D. 2; Mrs. Roger (Sandra) Kuhn, Clearfield; Mrs. Kenneth (Viola) Shugerts and a foster son, Eugene Smith, LeContes Mills. Nine grandchildren also survive along with the following brothers and sisters: Harold, Boyd and Mrs. Mary Vallimont Clearfield R. D. 2; John and Phoebe Zong, LeContes Mills; Mrs. Verna Cunningham, Lewistown; Ellsworth, Irvona, and Robert, Indiana. In addition to his parents, cne brother and two sisters preceded him in death. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge at Clearfield and the Girard Grange. Funeral services will be held in the Leavy Funeral Home at 2 p. m. Wednesday. The Rev Ralph Krouse will officiate and interment will be in Gillingham Cemetery, LeContes Mills. on March 17, 1969.⁴

Shirey on March 16, 1963 at Clearfield, Clearfield Co., Pennsylvania.^1,2,3 Barbara Ann Rougeux died on December 26, 2013 at Pennsylvania at age 66.^2,4 She Barbara Ann Shirey, 66, of Frenchville was called home to the Lord on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013. She was born June 10, 1947 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late James and Frances (Smith) Rougeux. She was a school bus driver for 37 years and a mail carrier for four years. She loved to bake for Kunes Farms and also enjoyed cross-stitching. She is survived by her husband, William B. Shirey, whom she wed March 16, 1963 in Clearfield; five children, Robert J Shirey and his wife, Janet, Barbara A. Trimpey and her husband, Fred and James R. Shirey, all of Frenchville, Jo Ann McCracken of Curwensville and Jennifer M. Rich and her husband, Matthew of Clearfield; 12 grandchildren, Mark, Brian and Bradley Spaid; Robert Shirey Jr; Scott, Jonathan, Emily and Isaac Trimpey; James and Wade Shirey and Lilly and Laurel Rich; three great-grandchildren, Valen and Colton Spaid and Andrea Spaid; and a brother and two sisters, Eugene Smith and his wife, Charlotte and Violet Shugerts and her husband, Kenneth, both of Frenchville, and Sandy Kuhn and her husband, Roger of Clearfield. Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield. Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
